BarleyMaxDistributor.com is an independent distributor of Hallelujah Acres products including BarleyMax. It is the policy of Hallelujah Acres and BarleyMaxDistributor.com that any returned products must be received by Hallelujah Acres within 30 days of purchase. Please follow these instructions to return product. NO RETURNS RECEIVED BY HALLELUJAH ACRES AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE WILL BE ACCEPTED. 1.) First, please email us at sales@barleymaxdistributor.com if you would like to return a product so that we can email you the invoice number to reference when shipping product back to Hallelujah Acres. You must email us first so that we can follow-up with Hallelujah Acres to insure that we receive credit for your return so that we can issue you credit for your return. Please be certain to place the original invoice inside of the box with the returned product. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please insert a note in the box stating that you are returning the product and reference your Invoice Number. 2.) Please return product directly to Hallelujah Acres. Return the product via U.S. Post Office Parcel Post and be certain to request "delivery confirmation" for a record that the product was returned. Please e-mail the delivery confirmation number to us at sales@barleymaxdistributor.com so that we can track your return with Hallelujah Acres. 3.) Return the product directly to Hallelujah Acres via U.S. Post Office Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation at the following address. Please do not use UPS as UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes. Hallelujah Acres 4.) All product must be shipped at your expense and we do not reimburse shipping charges. 5.) After BarleyMaxDistributor.com receives credit from Hallelujah Acres for your returned product, we will refund your credit card through PayPal.
